IEA's Indigenous Professionals Directory Terms of Use

- IEA does not guarantee a job placement for anyone using the Directory, nor does IEA guarantee that an employer will fill a vacancy by using the Directory.
- Any user of the Directory who submits a logo, trademark, and/or slogan, and/or any other copyright protected material, as part of their use of the Directory warrants and represents that the user has full authority and permission to use such logo, trademark, slogan, and/or copyright protected material, both in connection with the Directory and otherwise, and expressly agrees to allow IEA to use it in connection with the Directory to promote the member's profile.
- All users of the Directory represent and agree that they will indemnify IEA against any and all liabilities, costs, and expenses, including attorneys' fees, relative to any claim made against IEA by any person or entity that is related in any way to, or arising out of use of, the Directory.
